Grievance Officer

Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Gendgo (operated by ayirbzs Solutions Pvt Ltd) has appointed the following Grievance Officer to address user complaints and intermediary disputes within the timelines mandated by Indian law.

What you can report

• Violation of these Rules or Gendgo's terms (nudity, harassment, hate speech, impersonation)
• Content that infringes your copyright, trademark, or personal rights
• Information involving your personal photos / videos shared without consent
• Disputes about account suspension, content removal, or moderation decisions
• Privacy / data protection concerns under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

How to submit a grievance

1. Email the Grievance Officer at the address above with the subject line "Grievance — [your issue]"
2. Include: your Gendgo @handle or registered email, a clear description of the issue, the user or content involved, and any relevant screenshots or URLs
3. If the matter involves NCII (non-consensual intimate imagery), state that explicitly — these are escalated within 24 hours

Response timelines (as per IT Rules 2021)

• Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt
• Resolution: within 15 days (extended to 72 hours for content removal requests covered by Rule 3(2)(b) — NCII, child safety, identity theft, etc.)
• NCII / child safety: takedown within 24 hours

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's response, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) constituted by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, via gac.gov.in within 30 days of our decision.

Compliance Officer (DPDP Act, 2023)

For matters specifically relating to your personal data — access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or data principal rights — the same officer above also serves as our Data Protection Officer. Mention "DPDP request" in the subject line so we route it correctly.
