1. Acceptance

By using Gendgo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts. One account per person. No impersonation. Real identity required for partner program.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Post nudity, violence, drugs, hate speech, or illegal content
Harass, threaten, or stalk other users
Use bots, scrapers, or automation
Solicit money or impersonate others
Use the platform for prostitution, escort services, or commercial sexual services
Share other users' private information

4. Content you upload

You retain ownership of your photos and content. By uploading, you grant Gendgo a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it within the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must have the right to share it; Gendgo is not responsible for user-generated content and may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments and refunds

Coin purchases and premium subscriptions are processed by Razorpay (and, inside the Android app, by Google Play Billing). You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if you have not spent the coins. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Coins already spent, and your coin balance on voluntary account deletion, are non-refundable. Promotional, bonus, and reward coins are granted free of charge and are non-refundable and non-withdrawable.

6. Partner program

Customers reach verified partners by spending coins — for per-minute audio/video talktime, paid messages, gifts, and tips. For that activity a partner earns a payout whose per-minute and per-action rate is set by Gendgo and depends on the partner's tier; current rates are shown in the app and may change from time to time with notice. Only activity funded by purchased (money-backed) coins generates withdrawable earnings — promotional, bonus, and reward coins are provided free of charge and never become withdrawable. Refunds and payment chargebacks may reduce coin balances and place a hold on, or reverse, affected earnings. Earnings are withdrawn on demand to UPI (minimum ₹500, maximum ₹2,00,000 per withdrawal). Tax is deducted at source (TDS) at 10% once gross earnings in the Indian financial year (April–March) exceed ₹30,000, as required by Indian law. KYC verification is required before any payout. Partners are independent contractors, not employees, and are responsible for their own taxes beyond any TDS withheld.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You can delete your account anytime from Settings. Coin balance is non-refundable on voluntary deletion.

8. Disclaimers — your interactions are at your own risk

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee matches, conversations, earnings, or any specific outcome.

Gendgo is a platform that helps people connect — it is not a party to, and does not control, what users say or do. We do not run criminal background checks and cannot guarantee that any user is who they claim to be. We do not endorse, vouch for, or take responsibility for the conduct, content, communications, or actions of any user — whether on Gendgo or offline — including any message, meeting, call, gift, transaction, relationship, or any harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal act by a user. You use Gendgo and interact with other users entirely at your own risk. Use caution, guard your personal information, and meet only in safe, public places. Report and block anyone who behaves badly, contact our Grievance Officer, and report serious safety concerns to local law enforcement.

You are solely responsible for your own behaviour and for complying with all applicable laws.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gendgo (ayirbzs Solutions Pvt Ltd) and its team from any claim, demand, loss, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, your conduct, your interactions with other users, or your breach of these terms or of any law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gendgo is not liable for the behaviour of users or for any loss or harm arising from your interactions with them. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect damages, including loss of relationships, opportunities, data, or reputation. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law

Indian law applies. Disputes resolved in Hyderabad courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email + in-app. Continued use after notice = acceptance.
