Payments & Refunds
How buying coins and Premium works, and our refund policy — in plain language.
You buy coins, then spend them on things like calls, paid chats, gifts and boosts. Current prices are always shown before you pay, on the Coins & Premium screen.
Premium is a one-time 30-day pass — it does NOT auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. It simply lapses unless you buy it again.
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We never store your full card details.
Coins and Premium are delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment, and a receipt is emailed to you.
See live prices on the Coins & Premium page.
Refund policy
If you were charged but didn’t receive your coins or Premium, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, we’ll refund the affected payment in full. Contact us with your receipt and we’ll sort it out.
Coins are a virtual currency and are generally non-refundable once purchased. If you bought coins very recently and haven’t spent any of them, contact support — we review genuine cases (e.g. an accidental purchase) and may refund at our discretion, as required by applicable law.
Coins that have been spent on a call, chat, gift, boost or unlock can’t be refunded, because the service was already delivered.
Because Premium is a one-time pass that does not auto-renew, there are no recurring charges to cancel or refund. If a Premium purchase failed to activate, we’ll fix it or refund it.
If something was charged in error or wasn’t delivered as described, you’re entitled to a correction or refund — that’s the law, and our policy.
How to request
Email our support team with the receipt or payment reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to resolve approved refunds within 5–7 business days, back to your original payment method.
If you don’t recognise a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank, and it keeps your account in good standing.
Partner payouts are separate from purchases. How Partners earn and withdraw is explained on the Become a Partner page.
This page summarises our approach; the binding terms are in our Terms of Service.
