Community Guidelines
Use your own recent photos and real details. Impersonation and fake profiles aren’t allowed.
No harassment, hate, threats or unwanted sexual messages. Treat people the way you’d want to be treated.
No nudity or sexually explicit content, and nothing illegal. Content is moderated.
No spam, no asking people to move to other apps to pay you, no money requests, no selling.
Gendgo is strictly for adults 18 and over. Accounts found to be underage are removed.

Safety tips
Don’t share your home address, financial details or one-time codes. Keep personal info private until you trust someone.
A quick video or voice call on Gendgo is a great way to confirm someone is who they say before meeting.
If you meet in person, pick a public place, tell a friend where you’re going, and arrange your own transport.
Be cautious if someone rushes to move off the app. Staying on Gendgo keeps your conversations protected and reportable.
How we keep Gendgo safe
Every uploaded photo is screened by AI. Clearly explicit images are auto-removed; borderline ones go to a human review queue.
A verified-selfie check confirms real people, and is required before video matching — so you know who you’re talking to.
Date of birth is captured at sign-up and can’t be changed later. Anyone found to be under 18 is removed.
Reports and flagged content are reviewed by our team — not just an algorithm — before any action is taken.
In your control
Blocking instantly removes someone from your matches and chats, ends any active call between you, and stops them contacting you. They aren’t told, and it only affects the two of you.
Report a profile or message for harassment, scams, fake profiles, nudity, underage or anything that breaks the guidelines. Reporting also hides that person from you straight away.
A real person reviews every report. Confirmed violations lead to content removal, warnings, suspension or a permanent ban. Only an admin can ban an account — never an automated count of reports — so the system can’t be abused to silence someone.

Response times
Reports of anyone underage, or non-consensual / sexually explicit images, are treated as critical and actioned within 24 hours.
Abuse, threats, hateful conduct and violent content are prioritised and reviewed within 48 hours.
Spam, scams, fake profiles and other guideline breaks are reviewed within 72 hours.
Compliance & your rights
Gendgo is a platform to meet and talk — nothing more. We don’t condone, and are not responsible for, any illegal activity by users, whether on the app or after you connect off it. Illegal behaviour, fraud, or anything that breaks the law or our rules leads to removal and may be reported to the authorities. Always follow your local laws.
You confirm your date of birth and agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy at sign-up, with the time and policy version recorded. Accounts found to be underage are removed.
